Omdat Noah druk bezig was met het oplossen van de kwestie rond de etherische olie, had hij voorlopig geen tijd om zich met Eleanor en de rechtszaak bezig te houden. Eleanor was inmiddels al met een nieuw werkschema begonnen.

Vergeleken met de chaos die eerder op internet ontstond, trok MN Inc. zich geruisloos terug uit de rechtszaak. De internetgebruikers, die op de uitkomst wachtten, waren ontevreden dat de zaak op deze manier tot bedaren kwam.

Er ontstond controverse over de kwestie. Sommigen beweerden dat MN Inc. de rechtszaak had ingetrokken omdat ze schuldig waren en ervoor kozen Eleanor vrij te laten. Gezien de twijfels van het publiek was Eleanors enige reactie op Twitter: "Want het recht zal zegevieren. Het kan me niet schelen."
